The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a hydraulic systems professional to join our Aircraft Control Integration team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus engineering team based in Bremen and Toulouse.
You will be part of the Aircraft Control Integration team responsible for integration and development of design solutions applicable to the flight controls and hydraulic systems for the A220 aircraft.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as hydraulic systems integration professional will be to design, maintain, integrate, and certify the hydraulic systems on the A220 aircraft.

Your challenges:
Lead the integration of hydraulic systems into the A220 aircraft.
Conduct technical investigations, analyze, and develop simple solutions.
Participate in the preparation, execution, and analysis of investigation, development, and certification tests.
Write and review technical reports such as technical requirements documentation, including validation and verification of requirements.
Evaluate and approve designs from suppliers
Provide technical support to the final assembly line to resolve issues affecting hydraulic systems.
Lead the technical aspects of continuing airworthiness for emerging issues impacting hydraulic systems.
Manage system design changes according to the change management process.
Support the Customer Service department with in-service issues: investigation (in-depth root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions); investigation procedures; and disposition.
Participate in maintaining system interfaces with other aircraft systems.
Support installation of the hydraulic systems
Your boarding pass:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university and have 3 years of experience.
You have knowledge of the specification, design, integration, testing, and certification of hydraulic or hydromechanical systems.
Knowledge of RTCA DO-160 documents;
Experience with the A220 or equivalent aircraft is considered an asset.
You have intermediate organizational and planning skills.
You have intermediate communication skills (written and oral) in French and English.
