Your main responsibilities:
- Parts and repairs order support: Support the team in managing spare parts (Spares) and repairs (Repairs) orders: planning, meeting deadlines, managing and/or monitoring delivery times, costs, selling prices, and on-time delivery to the customer.
- Submissions and pricing: Provide prices and submissions to customers for all parts and repairs.
- Planning and schedules: Develop planning schedules in accordance with requirements and in agreement with standard planning practices.
- Priority management: Receive priorities from customers and the Group Leader and ensure that planning is perfectly aligned with them.
- Customer communication: Communicate regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Problem-solving: Analyze information to define and resolve issues related to spare parts and repair management.
- Cost tracking: Review and report cost variances to the Group Leader based on initial estimates and actual costs.
- Operational follow-up: Expedite and track all parts and repair orders.
- Escalation management: Quickly escalate critical points that risk not meeting Service Agreements and customer requirements.
- System updates: Update information in databases according to the initial or revised plan.
- Continuous improvement: Participate in and support special projects related to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Analytical skills: Very comfortable with numbers and good command of Excel (financial and analytical skills).
- Technological assets (systems): Experience with the Oracle (ERP) system and/or Salesforce is a definite advantage.
