We are looking for a Data Analyst – Project Control and Analytics to participate in a major aeronautical program based in Mirabel, Quebec.

As part of a project management and product development team, you will contribute to the planning, tracking, and control of projects related to aircraft configuration changes. Your role will notably involve developing and maintaining analytical tools enabling teams to effectively track their performance, schedules, and data quality.

Main responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance tracking tools;
Transform the needs of project management and engineering teams into clear and actionable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Automate the collection, transformation, and consolidation of data from various sources;
Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data prior to distribution;
Identify anomalies or discrepancies in databases and collaborate with concerned teams to implement necessary corrections;
Analyze team adherence to configuration change processes and perform required follow-ups;
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and risks that may impact schedules;
Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods, processes, and analytical tools;
Collaborate with various multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic manufacturing and aeronautical environment.
