Summary

Under the supervision of the base manager, FBO, the fueler will provide customer service in support of the Shell aero centre.

Responsibilities

• Provide aircraft fueling services as well as all ground services required by aircraft, such as toilets, water and electricity services and all other aircraft services that may be required.
• Provide aircraft fuel fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
• Provide aircraft fuel fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
• Provide hangar moving services, aircraft towing and all other services required by our customers and/or sister companies (IMP group).
• Provide services to all customers and/or sister companies (IMP group), current or potential.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in compliance with Shell and/or IAS standards.
• Ensure order and cleanliness of the FBO area, the line technician office and the FBO equipment.
• Participate in and complete all training required by Shell or IAS, as well as recurring training.
• Welcome and serve our customers to the highest standards.
• Other duties assigned based on operational needs.
• This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience
• Hold a class 3 driver's license and maintain it throughout employment
• Meet Transport Canada (MOT) security requirements
• Candidate must obtain a radio operator certificate
• Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional customer service skills are an asset.
• Bilingual French/English
