Summary
Under the supervision of the base manager, FBO, the fueler will provide customer service in support of the Shell aero centre.
Responsibilities
- Provide aircraft fueling services as well as all ground services required by aircraft, such as toilets, water and electricity services and all other aircraft services that may be required.
- Provide aircraft fuel fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
- Provide aircraft fuel fueling services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
- Provide hangar moving services, aircraft towing and all other services required by our customers and/or sister companies (IMP group).
- Provide services to all customers and/or sister companies (IMP group), current or potential.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in compliance with Shell and/or IAS standards.
- Ensure order and cleanliness of the FBO area, the line technician office and the FBO equipment.
- Participate in and complete all training required by Shell or IAS, as well as recurring training.
- Welcome and serve our customers to the highest standards.
- Other duties assigned based on operational needs.
- This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience
- Hold a class 3 driver's license and maintain it throughout employment
- Meet Transport Canada (MOT) security requirements
- Candidate must obtain a radio operator certificate
- Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills are an asset.
- Bilingual French/English
