Summary
Execaire is seeking an entry‑level candidate who can work independently to research, write and review current and future procedures. As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various department managers within the group to create, maintain and revise operational manuals, policies, procedures and other related documents.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Quality Assurance team, collaborate with various department managers within the group to create, maintain and revise operational manuals, policies, procedures and other related documents.
- Standardize documentation to produce clear and comprehensive procedures for all divisions of the Innotech‑Execaire Aviation group.
Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in drafting policies and procedures for an aviation or aerospace company. Knowledge of the following standards: TCCA, JIG, ICAO, IS‑BAO, IS‑BAH, AS9100, ATA100.
- Proficiency with the following tools and languages: Simplified English (SE) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), MS Office, JDE, FrameMaker, Citrix Arbortext, SharePoint.
- College diploma or university degree in English, communications, technical documentation or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required; French, spoken and written, is an asset.
- 2 to 5 years of experience or training in the areas mentioned above.
