Summary

Execaire is looking for an entry-level position for someone capable of working autonomously to research, write, and revise current and future procedures. As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various department managers within the group to create, maintain, and revise operational manuals, policies, procedures, and other associated documents.

Responsibilities

  • As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various department managers within the group to create, maintain, and revise operational manuals, policies, procedures, and other related documents.
  • The mandate will also include the standardization of documentation to produce clear and comprehensive procedures for all divisions of Execaire Aviation.

Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in writing policies and procedures for a company in the aviation or aerospace sector. Knowledge of the following standards: TCCA, JIG, ICAO, IS-BAO, IS-BAH, AS9100, ATA100.
  • Proficiency with the following tools and languages: Simplified English (SE) and Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), MS Office, JDE, FrameMaker, Citrix Arbortext, SharePoint.
  • College diploma or university degree in English, communications, technical documentation, or a relevant field.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; spoken and written French is an asset.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience or training in the areas mentioned above.
