The Representative - Employee Services will offer a very high level of customer service while providing employees, managers, and third parties with assistance regarding our various HR programs and compensation-related questions.

The Representative - Employee Services will respond diligently to employee inquiries by phone and email to ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating your involvement in the problems/concerns raised by employees.
  • Report issues related to the processing of daily transactions or calls received.
  • Work closely with the many other services of the HR function to resolve HR cases and meet client needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR programs or compensation questions and ensure accurate answers are provided.
  • Liaise with internal human resources stakeholders to ensure issues and concerns are addressed more thoroughly.
  • Forward employee requests to third-party vendors/external providers (such as retirement administrators, disability administrators, and human resources processing partners, etc.)
  • Report and participate in the improvement of identified process gaps.
  • Recognize and report unusual events or recurring issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (an asset)
  • Practical knowledge of human resources-specific applications (an asset)
  • Experience in recruitment, employee management, and/or contact center (an asset)
  • Ability to focus and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer orientation and a positive, friendly approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Experience with HR systems and/or ticketing systems such as Trutrack, People Soft, ServiceNow (an asset)

Employment conditions:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time a job offer is presented and are responsible for obtaining work permits, visas, or other necessary authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.

Language Requirements

Bilingualism (English and French).
