The Employee Solutions Representative will be responsible for all general HR transactions, in addition to providing employees, retirees, executives, and other internal and external partners with the assistance they need regarding human resources matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking charge of resolving issues or concerns raised by employees.
- Provide prompt responses to employee inquiries by phone, email, or HR transaction, particularly concerning concerns or issues, to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Supervise the workload of the Employee Services and Employee Solutions teams, and determine priorities or urgent treatments required.
- Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators by monitoring schedules, deadlines, call and request volumes, available resources, and schedule requirements, etc.
- Support specialists throughout their learning period.
- Support the team in processing urgent cases and guide them as needed.
- Ensure that the quality of work supports the team's strategic plan by setting high quality standards through regular audits.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve the customer service experience.
- Work closely with many other HR sectors to resolve HR cases and meet client needs.
- Maintain communication with internal HR stakeholders to ensure the resolution of more complex issues.
Qualifications
- College diploma minimum, and relevant experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and experience using it, an asset
- Excellent judgment, respect for confidentiality, and a keen sense of tact and discretion at all times in interactions with employees and delicate situations
- Ability to work under pressure with speed and precision, as well as to set priorities while maintaining superior customer service
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a keen sense of diplomacy
- Ability to work in a teamwork-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn how to use new systems
- Strong computer skills related to the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel); ability to process data and produce correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ability to translate reports and requests into easily understandable terms
- Knowledge of payroll, an asset
- Bilingual (French and English)

Employment conditions:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time a job offer is presented and are responsible for obtaining the necessary work permits, visas, or other authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.
