- Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with Skyservice philosophy, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures for customers;
- Ensure ground-to-air communications via Unicom and radio;
- Maintain clear and concise communications between ground services and concierge staff; ensure appropriate coordination with complimentary ground transportation drivers;
- Maintain, monitor, and update systems (may not be required at all sites);
- Invoice and update the landing fee system (Toronto only);
- Maintain, monitor, and update the system and inform ground services staff accordingly;
- Follow invoicing procedures and ensure accuracy;
- Remain vigilant regarding security protocols and situational awareness;
- Ensure communication and coordination between customers, ground services, and staff;
- Coordinate fuel, catering, car rental, and hotel reservations;
- Answer general phone lines and redirect calls to the appropriate person;
- Ensure constant cleanliness of all terminal areas;
- Ensure regular replenishment of coffee, condiments, and snacks;
- Take customer and crew orders for goods or services; promote goods or services; respond to inquiries and emergencies; investigate complaints and update accounts;
- Other assigned duties.
- Two years of experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to provide courteous, discreet, efficient, and professional service;
- Knowledge of the standard NATO phonetic alphabet;
- Proactive attitude, vision, and understanding of customer needs;
- Strong organizational techniques, resourcefulness;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to adopt a positive attitude in group work;
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products;
- Available to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Post-secondary education, an asset.
