The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Program Procurement Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will act as strategic focal point, ensuring seamless alignment between the Procurement organization and the A220 Program on Configuration Change Management activities.
You will be part of the Procurement Processes & Digital Solutions team responsible for empowering the A220 Procurement ecosystem by deploying digital solutions and processes that drive efficiency, performance and innovation.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Program Procurement Manager will be to provide the strategic link between Procurement and the Program. You will lead the coordination of configuration change management for Procurement, ensure financial accuracy to deliver meaningful communication to leadership and drive key initiatives for process enhancement.

Your challenges:
Configuration Management:
- Represent Procurement in key governance forums: Act as the Strategic Procurement representative and advocate for requirements during all Configuration Change Boards. Review inputs provided by Project Leaders and align them with Procurement Strategy.
- Communicate Procurement performance in monthly leadership reviews: Maintain key indicators and present to top management a clear “trajectory vs target” view and provide recommendations.
- Stakeholder management: Facilitate collaboration and synergy between Configuration Management teams and over 100+ Strategic Buyers across Canada and Europe.
- Consolidate financial inputs for supplier-liable changes: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data into concise executive summaries, highlighting risks and opportunities for leadership.
Budget:
- Contribute to cash flow management and financial projections: Represent Procurement during Budget Validation Boards and collaborate with Finance on year-end projections and opportunities.
- Support the Procurement Plan initiative: Be the focal point for communication, coordination, and quality reviews to ensure accurate budget allocation.
Method & Tools:
- Process improvement: Support continuous improvement, process optimization, and governance initiatives related to Change Management across both Program and Procurement organizations.
- Drive analytics performance: Manage and promote the use of the Change Management dashboard to track key procurement indicators and propose improvements, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence for enhanced tracking and reporting.
Your boarding pass:
- Educational background: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional experience: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management roles.
- Project management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to structure and coordinate multi-functional projects (PMP certification is a plus).
- Stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to influence, guide, and align diverse internal and external stakeholders toward shared objectives.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Digital & AI proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace, SAP, Qlik and familiarity with leveraging AI tools to optimize data analysis and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at the senior management level.
- Languages: Fluency in both French and English.
