Continuous Improvement Manager A220 Cabin

Do you have experience in project management or supply chain, have you worked in the aeronautical field and want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager A220 Cabin to join our Purchasing team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Cabin Operational Purchasing team which ensures the conformity of our products in terms of configuration.

The team's organization is established in a way that promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your challenges:

As Continuous Improvement Manager A220 Cabin, you will be required to:

• Represent Procurement Operations Cabin before the Program/Operations

• Ensure compliance with quality surveillance requirements (Supplier Control Review, Supplier Approvals, etc.)

• Develop, monitor and report on the overall performance of Cabin suppliers (Monitoring table)

• Consolidation and presentation of the operational status

• Support/Lead improvement projects in A220 Cabin operational purchasing

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in business administration and ideally in industrial engineering or equivalent

• You have proven experience in project management

• You have a good knowledge of industrial and aerospace activities

• You have proven experience in managing supply chain suppliers.

• Assertiveness towards suppliers, protection of business interests, while being fair and collaborative.

• English: negotiation level

• French: negotiation level

Travel required: <5% national and international travel.
