Job Description

Do you have experience in project management or supply chain, have you worked in the aeronautical field and do you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Cabin Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Procurement team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Cabin Operational Purchasing team which ensures the conformity of our products in terms of configuration.

The team's organization is established to promote autonomous cross-collaboration, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:

As A220 Cabin Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be required to:

• Represent Procurement Operations Cabin before the Program/Operations

• Ensure compliance with quality surveillance requirements (Supplier Control Review, Supplier Approvals, etc.)

• Develop, monitor and report the overall performance of Cabin suppliers (Monitoring table)

• Consolidation and presentation of the operational status

• Support/Lead improvement projects in A220 Cabin operational purchasing

Requirements

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in business administration and ideally in industrial engineering or equivalent

• You have proven project management experience

• You have a good knowledge of industrial and aerospace activities

• You have proven experience in supply chain supplier management.

• Assertiveness towards suppliers, protection of business interests, while being fair and collaborative.

• English: negotiation level

• French: negotiation level

Travel required: <5% national and international travel.
