A220 Cabin Continuous Improvement Manager

You have experience in project management or supply chain, you have worked in the aeronautical field and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you !

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Cabin Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Purchasing team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Cabin Operational Purchasing team which ensures the compliance of our products on the configuration aspect.

The team organization is established in such a way as to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:

As A220 Cabin Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be called upon to:

• Represent Procurement Operations Cabin in front of the Program/Operations

• Ensure compliance with quality monitoring requirements (Supplier Control Review, Supplier Approvals, etc.)

• Develop, monitor and report the overall performance of Cabin suppliers (Monitoring table)

• Consolidation and presentation of operational status

• Support/Lead improvement projects in A220 Cabin operational purchasing

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in business administration and ideally in industrial engineering or equivalent

• You have proven project management experience

• You have a good knowledge of industrial and aerospace activities

• You have proven experience in supply chain supplier management.

• Assertiveness towards suppliers, protection of commercial interests, while being fair and collaborative.

• English: negotiation level

• French: negotiation level

Travel required: <5% national and international travel.
