The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager - Equipment & Systems to join our A220 Customer Service team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the entire Customer Service and Procurement organization to support A220 operators.
You will be part of the Fleet Efficiency team, which is responsible for ensuring the safe and economical operation of the A220 fleet in service.
Reporting to the Head of Supplier Support Management and Continuous Improvement of the A220 Fleet Efficiency team, you will work directly with the aftermarket supplier management team based in Toulouse, France, to support A220 operators.
As an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager - Equipment & Systems, you will serve as the primary interface for Airbus to drive the performance of suppliers and service providers within the support and services ecosystem.

Your challenges:
- Airlines and Customers Support
- Negotiate supplier support conditions in order to protect Airlines and Airbus interest for support activities (such as but not limited to Spares price, GMTBUR, GDMC..)
- Act in escalation on customer issues and contribute to communication and events with customers
- Control and run the annual spares price variation
- Be the S focal point for Equipment & Systems
- Be the primary S focal point for PE MFTs and contribute to MFT strategy
- Integrate S (on the overall support & services perimeter) view in Call for Tender selection reports
- Support procurement projects
- Manage suppliers
- Contribute to Procurement Senior Management Meeting and Organize S Senior Management Meeting
- Drive Supplier Support Rating and associated improvement plan for Airlines and Airbus
- Lead escalations to suppliers on specific topics
- Integrate overall Support & Services view
- Contribute to Service Forum to deploy new business models
- Act in escalation on supplier support & services related issues
- Organize periodic aftermarket review with key suppliers
- Support customer services projects with impact or contribution from suppliers
Your boarding pass:
- Education & Experience: Holder of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aeronautical Engineering, Project or Supplier Management) or equivalent experience, you have at least 10 years of experience in Supplier, program, or project management in a technical or aeronautical environment;
- Proactive & dynamic mindset with a strong sense of drive and initiative;
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, multi-time-zone environment as the sole team member in Montreal (with the entire team based in Toulouse);
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team-player and positive attitude;
- Skilled negotiator with proven persuasion and influencing skills, capable of managing complex supplier relationships;
- Highly organized, rigorous, and reactive, with good project management capabilities;
- Strong resilience and stress management skills;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
