The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for passionate, highly skilled, and challenge-seeking individuals to join our Business Transformation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will play a central role in the transformation of Airbus Canada, by mobilizing all teams, including European ones, around a common vision that will shape the future of aeronautics.

You will be part of the Business Transformation team responsible for revolutionizing how we work, optimizing our processes, and harnessing the power of data and innovative technologies to build the foundation for a bold future. As the New Technologies Adoption Lead, your mission will be to place people at the heart of innovation, transforming new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and automation, into an operational reality embraced by everyone.
