The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for passionate, highly skilled, and challenge-seeking individuals to join our Business Transformation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will play a central role in the transformation of Airbus Canada, by mobilizing all teams, including European ones, around a common vision that will shape the future of aeronautics.

You will be part of the Business Transformation team responsible for revolutionizing how we work, optimizing our processes, and harnessing the power of data and innovative technologies to build the foundation for a bold future . Our team's organization specifically cultivates a collaborative culture and an adaptive mindset , empowering us to work autonomously, support each other, and learn collectively to drive successful transformation.

As the New Technologies Adoption Lead, your mission will be to place people at the heart of innovation, transforming new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and automation, into an operational reality embraced by everyone.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Building New Technologies Trust: Act as a trusted partner to overcome resistance and humanize the technological transition.

  • Unifying Teams: Ensure that key stakeholders and employees fully grasp the added value of these new technologies.

Your challenges:

  • Define and execute a user-centric ‘Trust and Adoption Strategy’ for new technologies across Airbus Canada, ensuring technology serves our people first;

  • Create and ensure an intuitive Agentic Experience (AX). You will position AI agents as reliable "co-pilots" that enhance human capabilities while maintaining strict Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) accountability;

  • Lead the adoption of dynamic Agentic Systems, collaborating deeply with end-users to ensure technology is a natural extension of their expertise;

  • Partner with HR and Business leadership to guide a cultural shift, empowering our workforce to simplify routine execution and evolve their roles into strategic co-pilots of AI-driven processes;

  • Lead the change management and execute all associated deliverables from stakeholder mapping and impact analysis to the change plan strategies and activities execution;

  • Define and monitor key success metrics (KPI);

  • Create and animate an Airbus Canada “new technologies” network to drive and accelerate your initiatives;

  • Build a robust network of counterparts across the Airbus Group and engage with external experts to bring best-in-class innovation to Canada;

  • Support the governance of the global transformation program (project reviews, communication activities, etc.).

Your profile:

  • You possess solid expertise and a demonstrated ability to orchestrate cultural change during large-scale digital and AI transformations, acquired within complex industrial environments;

  • You are “agentic fluent” and have exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

  • You have a good understanding of organizational change management methodology within the context of project management with the agility to adapt to the context;

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels, from shop floor users to the Executive Committee;

  • You have strong listening skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence;

  • You are open-minded, adaptable and have a strong ability to work in a team;

  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, and a demonstrated ability to work independently;

  • You are at ease in an international and complex environment;

  • You are bilingual (French and English).

This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
