The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is seeking an impactful, delivery-focused, and value-driven leader to join our Digital & Business Transformation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Operating as the execution engine of our agile innovation "Speed Boat", our team fosters an adaptive, collaborative culture to design, test, and scale next-generation technologies.
As the Lead Agentic Delivery & Value Squads , you will directly lead the forward-deployed agile squads tasked with materializing our Agentic AI vision within the A220 industrial landscape.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role will be to transform technological opportunities into concrete, measurable business value and performance gains while maintaining maximum compliance and safety standards through rigorous Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operational governance.
