Our Team

Reporting to the Associate Director of Workplace Services, the Technical Infrastructure Solution Delivery Manager coordinates the company's digital technology infrastructure projects and is accountable for ensuring safety, availability, reliability and compliance of the factory infrastructure.

About the Role

Provide top-tier design, innovation, maintenance and support to enable maximum productivity, sustainability and growth. This is a full-time, onsite role that values in-person collaboration.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Manage technical/IT projects for the Customer: manage technical resources, control gates, technical review boards and Customer acceptance.
  • Strong understanding of the Customer field environment.
  • Coordinate with internal/external Customers and Vendors to gather requirements, develop plans and execute to budgets and timelines.
  • Deliver short-suspense tasks/products in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapid environment.
  • Experience with the Customer's Project Management Framework; create, incorporate and implement schedule changes.
  • Working knowledge of the Customer's official messaging system and familiarity with their organization, policies and processes.
  • Project organization and tracking; expert with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Access.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet time-critical requirements; ability to work independently and as part of a team of strong personalities; highly mission-oriented.

Desired Skills

  • ServiceNow or PowerBI knowledge.
  • Experience with field communications and coordination.

Additional Requirements

  • Additional technical and specialty training/certifications as required.
  • Years of experience required: 7+ years.
  • Required education: BS in Management Information Systems or BS in another Management or IT field with emphasis on project management. Equivalent experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment but requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms daily and to communicate in writing and verbally with international customers, suppliers and colleagues.
