The PLM Transformation & Integration Lead plays a key role in evolving engineering practices and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role helps modernize how information, processes, and teams support product development throughout the product lifecycle.

Working with Engineering, Programs, Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and Information Technology teams, this role helps shape how products are designed, developed, managed, and supported.

The successful candidate aligns business processes, engineering information, digital tools, and stakeholders to improve collaboration, strengthen information flow, and integrate new ways of working across the organization.

Your Impact

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Strengthen collaboration across the product lifecycle;

  • Simplify business processes and improve the flow of information;

  • Improve the use of engineering information across the organization;

  • Support the integration of new practices, tools, and ways of working;

  • Help build a more connected, agile, and future-ready engineering organization.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience in engineering design, product development, program management, or a technical leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of engineering, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to understand complex challenges, connect people across functions, and develop practical solutions.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience integrating new business practices, improving business processes, or evolving engineering ways of working.

  • Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or engineering improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with engineering environments, including PLM, CAD, or other product development tools.

  • Curiosity, a continuous improvement mindset, and an interest in evolving engineering practices and digital tools.
