Customer Service Digital Product team is looking for a Customer Relationship Manger (CRM) Product Manager. CRM is PWC tool used to capture all customer communications for internal personnel.
In this position, you will play an integral role in managing CRM as a product to support the entire P&WC internal aftermarket organization. The candidate must be solution-oriented, creative, and passionate about making a positive impact on the digital product space. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the CRM strategy including the development, testing, and deployment of new features in the platform.
In addition, the candidate will have access to a broad network of contacts and will work daily in collaboration with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team: CRM Product Manager, Power BI Analyst, UI/UX Expert, Solution Architect, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Project Manager, and our development team.
The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
The Digital Product Owner will work in close collaboration with other Product Owners to ensure maximum integration and complementarity between multiple digital platforms.
In this role, the Digital Product Owner will:
- Define, support & implement the 5-year vision roadmap for the development and the maintenance of CRM;
- Lead offshore CRM Product Owner team;
- Manage the product backlog;
- Participate/lead daily scrum reviews;
- Prioritize activities based on users’ and sponsors’ feedback;
- Oversee all aspects of the development, create user stories, data mapping (SAP, etc.), test the solution;
- Be the main point of contact for users’ feedback;
- Use market indicators, users’ feedback, etc. to anticipate future users’ needs;
- Assess product evolution and progress after each iteration (typically 2-week sprint).
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in digital, product management, communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience;
- Ability to work in agile methodology;
- Proficient in summarizing and transforming information and data into insights;
- Solid Grasp of User and Customer Experience best practices;
- Great communicator and very comfortable at being a product promoter;
- Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence tools;
- This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
