The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Business Partner Responsible for Management of Intercompany Service Agreements to join the group overseeing intercompany affairs with Airbus and its affiliates worldwide, as part of the Legal and Compliance department based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
You will be part of a dynamic, multi-functional team providing a wide range of support for all intercompany business activities for Airbus in Canada, including its various international subsidiaries. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges
- Support the creation, modification, and approval of operational activities governed by service agreements, while ensuring functional compliance with defined processes;
- Anticipate the formalization of agreements within prescribed timelines and prioritize activities based on criticality and cost;
- Provide proactive visibility on file progress and escalate complex issues to management when necessary;
- Act as the process owner for service agreements at Airbus Canada, ensuring functional adherence, engaging stakeholders, and adapting the process for greater simplicity and efficiency;
- Lead strategic improvement or optimization operations related to the architecture of service activities for the entire Airbus Canada organization;
- Ensure document management and traceability for all generated activities;
- Document risks and opportunities related to service activities within corporate management tools and drive the associated action plans.
In your role, you will be expected to:
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to the organization regarding activities governed by service agreements and their direct implications on operations.
- Ensure that proposed service projects align with Airbus Canada's objectives, optimally serve operational obligations, and comply with financial and risk management policies.
- Ensure that activities comply with applicable clauses, procurement strategies, and corporate compliance standards.
- Maintain regular contact with managers and senior leadership at Airbus and Airbus Canada to ensure alignment of responsibilities.
Your profile
- Expertise in multidisciplinary project management involving numerous stakeholders in a complex environment;
- Demonstrated ability to mobilize cross-functional teams established locally and internationally and manage groups of subject matter experts with leadership and diplomacy;
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all hierarchical levels;
- Ability to constructively challenge timelines, operational priorities, and budgets, while rigorously documenting resource plans;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of Airbus Canada's operational activities and functions is considered an asset;
- Given the use of English in the international aerospace industry and frequent interactions with stakeholders worldwide, excellent English writing and communication skills are required, along with advanced proficiency in French.
This position may involve occasional business travel (Europe, USA).
