Charter Sales Manager

As a charter sales manager, your role will be to help our established clientele as well as new clients organize chartered flights and offer exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will focus on answering requests, coordinating flight logistics, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our valued clients.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Interact with clients by phone, email, and in person to understand their travel needs and provide them with information on available charter flight options. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Coordinate all aspects of charter flights, including flight scheduling, aircraft selection, ground handling, and catering. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the flawless execution of charter flight logistics.
• Ensure that all necessary documents, permits, and licenses are in order for each charter flight.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, charter brokers, and operators to build customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after chartered flights. Proactively find solutions, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on client interactions and flight bookings, and prepare reports, invoices, and documentation as needed.

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in the aviation, travel, or customer service field, preferably 2-3 years in charter services;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both languages (French and English);
• Attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and charter flight operations;
• Demonstrate determination and resilience in high-pressure environments;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for providing exceptional service;
• Proficiency in computer software and systems used in charter operations;
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and handle last-minute changes or emergency situations.
