The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Integrated Product Team Development Manager (IPT Leader) to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will drive the overall integration of functions and production sites.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Integrated Product Team Development Manager (IPT Leader) will be to:

  • Act as Project Leader (PCL): Ensure overall leadership of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Drive multidisciplinary integration: Lead the Multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team (MFT IPT) to harmonize the contributions of technical, industrial, and support functions throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Embody the strategic vision: Translate the 10-year Product Evolution Plan (PEP) into concrete operational roadmaps, while being the single point of contact for executive partners and key suppliers.

Your challenges:

Under your leadership, the IPT will become the engine of change execution and performance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Governance and Project Architecture: Establish and adapt the governance of local and international platforms to ensure maximum agility.

  • Strategic Change Management: Organize Project Change Leaders (PCL) for all Work Packages, ensuring a consolidated vision and total control over product impacts.

  • Executive Interface: Act as the Single Voice for the internal portfolio and for strategic external suppliers.

  • Anticipation and Innovation: Guide the evolution of the multidisciplinary team (MFT) in terms of skills and resources, integrating "Make or Buy" considerations and technological leaps.

  • Performance Management: Define key indicators and steer Maturity Gates with a proactive approach to risk prevention.

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, project management or equivalent;

  • You have more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles for complex products or programs (aerospace, advanced technologies or critical FinTech);

  • You have demonstrated experience in managing high-growth or high-tech environments (complex systems, hardware/software security);

  • You are recognized for your ability to influence senior management (executive level) and your aptitude for navigating ambiguity;

  • You are perfectly fluent in English and French.
