The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Flight and Integration Test Center Development (FITC) Lead (f/m) to join our flight test team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
You will be part of the Flight and Integration Test Center team responsible for all flight and integration testing activities on the A220 program. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as FITC Development Lead will be to organise and drumbeat the development flight test activities inside the FITC : matching the customers (CoC, chief engineer program) needs and FITC capacities and competencies, while managing risks and opportunities and preparing key decisions.

Your challenges:
Build and maintain development mid long term schedule in interaction with center of competencies, chief engineer and program teams
Organise and drumbeat the mid/long term planning “rituals” : wednesday dashboard review and friday FT priorities/activities alignment meeting, FT steerco
Ensure follow up of all development activities, relying on flight test project leaders, to ensure FITC TCQP delivery of the development flight test campaign, proper management of R&O and potential arbitration between activities at flight test level
Functional lead of flight test dev project leaders
Gather flight test means from center of competencies and perform quotation to prepare the mid/long term planning and participate to the AOP building
Your boarding pass:
Educated to an Engineering degree (or equivalent),
Experience in project management
Experience in flight test campaign management
Ability to lead and energize teams without direct reporting line with the team members,
Good communication and influencing skills,
Ability to work in multicultural environment,
Analytical and synthesis skills,
Autonomy and creativity,
Language skills : an advanced level in English is required,
