Governance and Performance Lead

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Governance and Performance Lead to join our Program Configuration Management team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work within the A220 Program team, at the heart of the Configuration Change Process.

You will be part of the Transverse Integration and Improvement Program Configuration Team responsible for the Configuration Change Process, to define it, run it, measure and improve it. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Governance and Performance Lead will be to support the Configuration Operational Management, by leading change boards and drive improvements relative to them. To carry out your activities, you will work closely with the Program Configuration Operational manager and the HO Program Conf.
