The PPM Analyst and Integrator must provide quantitative and qualitative data regarding time, costs, resources, and quality to support discussions and decision-making at the program or project management level, with effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Support the Global 8000 program VSM manager in securing our objectives: from roadmap development, to its breakdown into objectives, the structuring and implementation of management tools, the implementation of processes and their adherence, to the deployment of appropriate tools, methods & routines.
The ambition is to act as a co-pilot for Flow Perfo activities within the Global 8000 VSM in France and Canada, notably by ensuring effective communication and consistency between the various locally implemented Flow Perfo teams.
In this context, the mission is divided into two distinct parts. The first concerns process structuring, monitoring, and the governance instances of the program (quality, cost, deadlines). The second focuses on inter-site project management registered in the RC convergence initiative.
Missions:
- Drive the overall performance of the program through VSMs, functions, and sites. Define, in collaboration with VSM / program managers, the main objectives / key performance indicators (KPIs) of the G8000 in terms of deliveries, costs, and quality, and ensure their deployment across AA (TOP 50, etc.);
- Lead and monitor the internal performance of VSMs / the program via governance and reviews, and ensure that the roadmap / action plan is well defined (OBEYA, MPS, etc.);
- Support program reviews with the various associated plants and functions;
- Challenge cross-functional operational teams across different sites (Quality, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Plant Engineering) and launch corrective actions in close collaboration with G8000 teams to get back on track with objectives in case of variance;
- Ensure that all routines, standards, and performance reviews are in place across all plants, in close alignment with AAOS and Quality requirements;
- Coordinate risk and opportunity management across cross-functional team leaders;
- Encourage the sharing of best practices and feedback between sites and functions;
- Act as an ambassador for project management processes and tools.
Project Focus:
- In close collaboration with the local on-site VSM team and the subsidiaries' VSM interface, define and pilot the overall RC convergence plan;
- Lead or contribute to transversal projects between the NZ, Tunisia, Rochefort, and Mirabel sites;
- Ensure links with flow managers and ensure that operational and financial benefits are properly identified and captured.
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or industrial engineering;
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, including several years supervising teams or managing complex projects;
- Mastery of project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and the Google/Office suite;
- Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.);
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team;
- French-English bilingualism, with an advanced level, both oral and written, due to strategic interactions with clients and partners.
