The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Quality Performance Manager to join our A220 Quality - Performance and Digital team!

As A220 Quality Performance Manager, you will work within the A220 Quality Performance & Digitalization team, at the Airbus A220 site in Mirabel. In your role, you will contribute to implementing and strengthening the A220 program's quality performance management system. You will need to ensure consistency between the Top Company Objectives, the projects and initiatives launched within the quality department that respond to them, and the monitoring indicators put in place to measure the impact of the actions implemented.

Communication with all Quality departments is essential, as is communication with other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, etc.): you may be required to lead monthly governance meetings with these collaborators to ensure follow-up, propose improvements, and assist in implementing the system.

Your challenges and responsibilities :

  • Support A220 quality performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of Quality objectives within the A220 Program, and by identifying the key drivers impacting these objectives;

  • Articulate SMART goals, identify resources needed, develop a clear scope and timeline, define what success looks like, and align to an execution cadence;

  • Generating insights from performance dashboards and root cause analysis, and collaborating with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Define, prepare and improve governance presentations;

  • Develop detailed action plans outlining project owners, goals, timelines, milestones and expected impact;

  • Work alongside functional leaders and subject matter experts to execute the implementation plan;

  • Identify risks to implementation and sustainability of results, and partner with functional leaders or experts to develop mitigation strategies;

  • Perform load/capacity analysis and make recommendations to deliver and support cost improvement actions and analyze opportunities for budget purposes;

  • Lead projects contributing to reinforce the Quality Performance System

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field;

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or a similar role;

  • You have a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations;

  • You possess proven leadership, strong influencing skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization;

  • You have skills in financial analysis, budget planning (AOP), and cost control (an asset);

  • You have an excellent proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides); knowledge of Skywise is a plus;

  • You are bilingual (French / English, written and spoken).

This position may involve business travel (worldwide).

Travel required: Occasional travel to the United States and Europe.
