Job description

Do you have experience in the aerospace industry and/or in the Quality field? Do you have experience in performance management and wish to evolve and develop new skills? This position is perfect for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a candidate to join the A220 Quality Performance & Digital team at the Airbus A220 site in Mirabel. Your role will be to develop and reinforce the quality performance management system for the A220 Program. You will ensure consistency between A220 Top Company Objectives, the projects and initiatives launched within the quality department, and the key performance indicators measuring the impact of the actions taken.

Communication with all Quality departments is essential, as well as with other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, etc.). You will put in place and lead monthly governance with these stakeholders to ensure follow-up, propose improvements, and help implement the system.

Your challenges and responsibilities

  • Support program quality performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of the Quality objectives within the A220 Program and identifying the drivers impacting these objectives.
  • Articulate SMART goals, identify resources needed, develop a clear scope and timeline, define what success looks like, and align to an execution cadence.
  • Generate insights from performance dashboards and root cause analysis, and collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define, prepare and improve governance presentations.
  • Develop detailed action plans outlining project owners, goals, timelines, milestones and expected impact.
  • Work alongside functional leaders and subject matter experts to execute the implementation plan.
  • Identify risks to implementation and sustainability of results, and partner with functional leaders or experts to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Perform load/capacity analysis and make recommendations to support cost improvement actions and analyze opportunities for budget purposes.
  • Lead projects contributing to reinforce the Quality Performance System.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or a similar role.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • You possess proven leadership, strong influencing skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Skills in financial analysis, budget planning (AOP), and cost control are an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides); knowledge of Skywise is a plus.
  • You are bilingual (French / English, written and spoken).

This position may involve business travel (worldwide). Travel required: Occasional travel to the United States and Europe.
