Propulsion Delivery Quality Manager

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Propulsion System Delivery Quality Manager to join our Procurement team, based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

You will be part of the Industrial Procurement team, dedicated to the Propulsion System, responsible for managing propulsion system-related issues across the entire Airbus production chain, from the start of engine assembly to aircraft delivery to the airline customer.

As a Propulsion Delivery Quality Manager, you will be responsible for quality operations and the supply chain, from the installation of propulsion systems to aircraft delivery.

Your challenges:

• Responsible for all engine and nacelles with airlines (during customer inspections of propulsion systems at the FAL site, online, and at the delivery center).
• Be a member of the Airbus MFT delivery team with airline customers during the delivery phase.
• Address all engine and nacelles issues with the support of suppliers and other Airbus functions.
• Work closely with the SCQM teams to improve the long-term quality of the propulsion system.
• Ensure quality monitoring of the propulsion system with an end-to-end approach.
• Reduce risks related to aeronautical milestones by resolving open issues under the PIPB's responsibility (QLB/FRNC/TLB).
• Drive continuous improvement within the PIPB organization.

Your boarding pass:

• Experience in quality and supply chain or operations.
• Technical knowledge of aeronautical propulsion systems.
• Proficiency in Skywise, HMS, and Google Suite.
• Highly curious, pro-active, autonomous, and able to analyze and synthesize.
• A strong customer service focus and strong collaborative skills.
• Fluent in English.
