The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Head of Business Process & Data Transformation to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
You will be part of a visionary team responsible for architecting the end-to-end performance and future state of core business processes. The team organization promotes autonomous cross-collaboration and collective learning. Your role will be to drive systemic resilience by establishing a "Unified Referential" and co-leading the transition toward Agentic AI.

Your challenges:
Enterprise Process Architecture & Coherence: Architect and drive End-to-End process transformation, ensuring cross-functional harmonization, resilience, and performance of business-critical processes throughout the Scale-Up and future transformation phases.
Unified Referential & Future Readiness: Define, secure, and institutionalize the ONE Referential Strategy for core business processes and establish the necessary capabilities, common standards, and data structures required to support a scalable and efficient New Product Development and service evolution.
Data Governance & Operationalization: Co-lead the definition and formal implementation of the company's Enterprise Process and Data Governance model, including the establishment of a Unified Referential, Data Catalog, and robust Data Quality standards.
Business Resilience: Actively manage, orchestrate, and reinforce the company Business Continuity Planning (BCP) linked to the Digital environment and business operations to ensure systemic resilience.
Agentic AI Transition Leadership: Drive and shape the transition toward "Agentic capabilities" by identifying, validating, and accelerating the deployment of high-impact use cases for Agentic AI within core business processes (Proof of Value / PoV).
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Implement, architect, and govern the business model for orchestrating multiple agents across different functional areas.
Your boarding pass:
Strategic Enterprise Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in large-scale or strategic enterprise-wide projects, preferably within a complex global manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Influential Leadership: Exceptional executive presence in a multi-functional, multinational environment, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Process Architecture & Re-engineering: Experience in designing and leading business process re-engineering (BPR) use cases (AI-driven is a plus) and establishing robust data governance frameworks.
AI & Data Fluency: Practical understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI principles, specifically as they apply to autonomous process orchestration and business optimization (value creation).
Strategic Delivery: Demonstrated experience in translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps, managing scope and quality while consistently delivering complex projects.
Methodological Mastery: Expertise in leading teams using project management methodologies, including Agile framework (e.g., SAFe), Lean, or Six Sigma.
Languages: Strong professional English required for global interaction; bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred given the Mirabel location.
Regular business travels will be expected; consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.
