Technical Reviewer

As a Technical Reviewer at Rheinmetall Canada you will be part of a dynamic and people-oriented workplace that values teamwork, leadership and personal excellence. Your main challenge will be to support the company's projects and services by reviewing associated technical documentation (technical specifications, test reports, project documents, etc.). The position holder will work closely with writers, engineers and other team members.

Main responsibilities:

• Read and revise a wide range of technical documents (mainly in English) to identify spelling, grammar and syntax errors.
• Ensure content consistency and compliance with the company's writing standards and style guides.
• Ensure the application of internal rules for document presentation (format, contractual requirements, etc.).
• Occasionally translate from English to French and vice versa.

Qualifications and assets we are looking for:

• Proficiency in written English and French.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in languages or communications, in teaching English as a second language, or in professional or technical writing from a recognized institution, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical editing/revision.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of military or aerospace documentation.
• Experience in translation.
