To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is looking for an S&OP Planner.
The chosen person will play a central role and be at the heart of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the master plan for the entire production value chain and customer orders in order to balance demands and production capacities/constraints.
If you master all aspects of the supply chain, are a planning PRO and an adept communicator, you are the person we are looking for!
Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive production plan that is feasible and aligned with customer demands, production capacity, material availability, and subcontracting lead times.
- Identify potential imbalances and constraints using data.
- Collaborate with the production, engineering, procurement, and customer service departments to harmonize priorities.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to the function.

Training and experience
- University degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or any other related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in production planning or industrial planning in a complex manufacturing environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Epicor (an asset)
