Job Description

AAA Canada is looking for an Industrial Welder to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various assembly and welding tasks on different materials while respecting blueprints, manufacturing procedures, as well as quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform various assembly and/or welding tasks on different materials (stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel) using blueprints, specifications, and various welding processes.
Carry out various welding operations.
Weld different components of ventilation units on a production line.
Use MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Set and maintain welding parameters.
Perform freehand welds.
Perform, check, and repair all welds to ensure they are compliant.
Read and interpret blueprints or welding instructions.
Ensure the cleanliness of workstations and the proper maintenance of assigned tools.

Qualifications

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in welding or equivalent training.
Relevant experience in the welding field.
Excellent manual and visual coordination.
Strong ability to work in a team.
Experience in a factory or the manufacturing sector is an asset.
Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Attention to detail and quality of work.
Good communication skills.
Good time management and priority setting.
Ability to adapt quickly to production changes.
