Job Description

AAA Canada is looking for an Industrial Welder to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various assembly and welding tasks on various materials, respecting plans, manufacturing procedures, as well as quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly and/or welding tasks on various materials (stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel) using plans, specifications, and different welding processes.

• Carry out various welding operations.

• Weld different components of ventilation units on a production line.

• Use MIG and TIG welding techniques.

• Adjust and maintain welding parameters.

• Perform freehand welding.

• Perform, check, and repair all welds to ensure compliance.

• Read and interpret welding plans or instructions.

• Ensure the cleanliness of work stations and the good condition of tools assigned to them.

Desired Profile

• Vocational Studies Diploma (DEP) in welding or equivalent training.

• Relevant experience in the field of welding.

• Excellent manual and visual coordination.

• Strong ability to work in a team.

• Experience in a factory or the manufacturing sector is an asset.

• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

• Ability to read and understand plans.

• Attention to detail and quality of work.

• Good communication skills.

• Good time and priority management.

• Ability to adapt quickly to production changes.
