Summary

Execaire Aviation, a benchmark brand in luxury private aviation, is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to drive the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of our client communications, marketing automation, and CRM marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for managing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next platform and supporting the entire customer lifecycle through personalized email marketing campaigns, automated lead nurture programs, CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and marketing communications.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in CRM with excellent writing skills to create impactful communications for clients across multiple business units, including aircraft charter, aircraft management, aircraft sales, maintenance, and FBO (Fixed Base Operator) services.
This position will also contribute to internal company communications, executive messages, thought leadership articles, landing page content, and marketing campaign content.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, bilingual (French and English), passionate about customer experience, and has demonstrated experience in implementing scalable marketing automation solutions that generate measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, including email campaigns, automations, customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and performance reports.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize customer journeys, lead nurturing programs, onboarding campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, event-related communications, and sales follow-up workflows.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, from design to implementation, including copywriting, design coordination, testing, quality assurance (QA), scheduling, and results analysis.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies based on CRM data, engagement history, lead scoring, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with sales, lead generation, marketing, customer experience, charter, maintenance, aircraft sales, aircraft management, and FBO services teams to support lead generation and client communications.
  • Write polished, engaging, and brand-compliant content for emails, landing pages, newsletters, customer campaigns, internal communications, executive messages, web content, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Research, write, and revise thought leadership articles, client testimonials, industry analyses, and educational content supporting business development initiatives as well as SEO/AEO referencing strategies.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows supporting lead development, customer loyalty, sales efficiency, and marketing initiatives.
    Ensure CRM data quality, manage audience segmentation, exclusion lists, customer preferences, and campaign compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI), and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform A/B tests on subject lines, messages, content, send times, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate campaign approval processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Support corporate communications, employee announcements, executive messages, and internal email communications, as needed.
  • Work closely with external vendors and implementation partners to continuously improve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Ensure that all customer communications reflect the standards of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail that characterize the Execaire Aviation luxury brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM marketing and email marketing.
  • Experience in marketing automation, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or other similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt messages to different audiences and customer segments.
  • Experience in creating automated customer journeys, customer lifecycle campaigns, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience in managing internal and external communications across multiple departments.
    Excellent analytical skills, with experience in interpreting campaign performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of natural referencing (SEO), optimization for answer engines (AEO), AI-assisted content writing, web content, landing pages, and thought leadership content is a plus.
  • Experience in the aviation, luxury services, hospitality, travel, automotive, or high-net-worth client marketing sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
