Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist supports the Market Intelligence and Sales Operations department by optimizing processes, improving operational workflows, and ensuring data quality and accuracy within the sales organization. This position contributes to increasing the efficiency, consistency, and productivity of the sales team through CRM operations management, maintenance of key performance data, and the production of actionable analytics that drive growth and the smooth execution of sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Create templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures to simplify sales processes.
- Ensure operational consistency throughout the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, business opportunities, follow-ups, and activity logs.
- Track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, pipeline velocity, and proposal turnaround time.
- Support sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reviews to foster proactive sales actions.
- Design and update Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and pipeline health.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Supervise and support the entire sales cycle for all lines of business (LOB).
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and market intelligence teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members regarding CRM systems, sales processes, and reporting tools.
- Ensure the adoption and proper use of operational tools within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education.
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales support.
- General knowledge and experience in the business aviation sector.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline dynamics, and operational efficiency levers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Team spirit focused on the success of colleagues, the company, and clients.
- Autonomous, reliable, and proactive person.
- Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
- Persevering and disciplined in following up on leads and opportunities.
