As a Data & Process Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis, governance and optimization of enterprise data assets to support operational excellence within the aftermarket vendor organization. This role combines data management, advanced analytics, and process engineering to enhance efficiency, ensure data integrity, and enable informed decision-making across functions. The successful candidate will design and implement scalable data solutions, develop analytical tools, and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data across systems
  • Oversee data lifecycle management, including collection, validation, storage, and archival
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risk areas across programs and operations, using various tools (SAP, BW, Power BI, Python, SAS, etc)
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead the design and implementation of tools and systems to streamline business processes, improve data accessibility and deliver scalable solutions
  • Automate manual workflows and enhance system integration
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics capabilities within the Vendor Management organization
  • Support change management efforts related to new tools, processes, and data standards

The technical skills and experience you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Aerospace or Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain or Engineering; OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Aerospace experience a plus
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel / VBA) skills
  • Programming experience, ideally in Python
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge an asset

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
