Job Description

Are you passionate about the human support of transformations, facilitating the adoption of new processes and tools, and developing a dynamic company culture in anticipation of innovative aerospace projects? Do you want to grow and acquire new skills? Then this job is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for passionate, qualified, and challenge-seeking individuals to join our Digital and Business Transformation team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be at the heart of preparing our next step, embarking all company forces, including those from Europe, on an ambitious new adventure in the aerospace industry.

You will be part of the Digital and Business Transformation team, responsible for revolutionizing our working methods, optimizing our processes, and harnessing the power of data and innovative technologies to build the foundations of a bold future. Our team's organization specifically cultivates a collaborative culture and an adaptive mindset, allowing us to work autonomously, support each other, and learn collectively to achieve a successful transformation.

Your role as an Organizational Change Management Specialist will be to design, lead, and support the adoption of transformation initiatives within the company. You will be the primary point of contact for everything related to human change support, ensuring that our employees understand, adhere to, and commit to new ways of working.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Design the vision and overall change management approach and develop integrated strategies and action plans at the program level and within assigned projects

  • Lead and ensure the development and execution of change management activities and deliverables, on time and with quality, including among others:

    • Stakeholder analysis to ensure their commitment and support

    • In-depth analysis of affected populations and impacts

    • Communication strategies and plans (including coordination and execution)

    • Training strategies and plans (with the support of the training specialist)

  • Develop relevant, dynamic, and adapted communications according to the various audiences and available communication channels.

  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs, materials, and schedules.

  • Support the governance of the transformation program in its OCM activities (project reviews, info-sessions, newsletters, Google site, etc.).

  • Define and monitor success indicators (KPIs) to measure the level of adoption, assess organizational readiness, and report progress to program governance.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Have relevant and successful experience in organizational change management

  • Have good knowledge of organizational change management methodology within the framework of project management and the ability to adapt them to the context

  • Hold a certification in change management (PROSCI or equivalent), an asset.

  • Excellent communication (oral and written), influence, and negotiation skills.

  • Great capacity for listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

  • An open mind and a great ability to work in a team;

  • A sense of organization, time management, and autonomy;

  • Good knowledge of the Google suite;

  • Bilingualism (French and English) essential in the international context in which the company operates.
