Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist - Digital and Enterprise Transformation

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for passionate, qualified, and challenge-driven individuals to join our Digital and Enterprise Transformation team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be at the heart of preparing for our next step, bringing all company forces—including those in Europe—on board for an ambitious new adventure in the aerospace industry.

You will be part of the Digital and Enterprise Transformation team, tasked with revolutionizing our working methods, optimizing our processes, and harnessing the power of data and innovative technologies to build the foundations of a bold future. Our team's organization specifically cultivates a collaborative culture and an adaptive mindset, enabling us to work autonomously, support one another, and learn collectively to drive a successful transformation.

Your role as an Organizational Change Management Specialist will be to design, pilot, and support the adoption of transformation initiatives within the company. You will be the go-to point of contact for everything related to the human support of change, ensuring that our employees understand, embrace, and commit to new ways of working.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Design the overall vision and approach for change management and develop integrated strategies and action plans at the program level and within assigned projects
• Lead and ensure the development and execution of change management activities and deliverables, respecting deadlines and quality standards, including among others:
• Stakeholder analysis to ensure their engagement and support
• In-depth analysis of impacted populations and impacts
• Communication strategies and plans (including coordination and execution)
• Training strategies and plans (with support from the training specialist)
• Develop relevant, dynamic, and tailored communications suited to various audiences and available communication channels.
• Analyze training needs and develop training programs, materials, and schedules.
• Support transformation program governance in its OCM activities (project reviews, info sessions, newsletters, Google site, etc.).
• Define and track success indicators (KPIs) to measure adoption level, assess organizational readiness, and report progress to program governance.

Your profile:

• Relevant and successful experience in organizational change management
• Good knowledge of organizational change management methodology within project management and ability to adapt them to the context
• Holding a change management certification (PROSCI or equivalent) is an asset.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Great listening ability, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Open-mindedness and a strong ability to work in a team;
• A sense of organization, time management, and autonomy;
• Good knowledge of the Google suite;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is essential given the international context in which the company operates.
