Your challenges:

Support the development and implementation of the vision for Configuration Management processes, respecting the strategic orientations of the company's Processes, Methods, Tools and Data
Lead the analysis of the current situation and identified problems or issues, in order to develop key performance criteria for solutions and ensure the performance of your processes, as well as process adherence
Support the roadmap for the development and deployment of solutions to ensure flawless execution and an exemplary level of product safety.
Support the development of the To-Be solution with all stakeholders - project teams, operational teams, other process or sub-process managers, Airbus Canada leaders, regulatory authorities, etc. in order to reach new performance levels and achieve operational performance objectives without compromising the safety and robustness of processes
Identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the integrated development plan.
