Your Challenges:
- Support the development and implementation of the vision for Configuration Management processes, respecting the strategic orientations of the company's Processes, Methods, Tools, and Data.
- Lead the analysis of the current situation and identified problems or issues in order to develop key performance criteria for solutions and ensure process performance and adherence.
- Support the roadmap for the development and deployment of solutions to ensure flawless execution and an exemplary level of product safety.
- Support the development of the To-Be solution with all stakeholders - project teams, operational teams, other process or sub-process owners, Airbus Canada leaders, regulatory authorities, etc. to reach new performance levels and achieve operational performance objectives without compromising process safety and robustness.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the integrated development plan.
Your Profile:
- More than 10 years of teamwork experience in a dynamic and constantly evolving aerospace environment.
- Recognized expertise in configuration management applied to the design of structures, cabins, and/or systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to popularize complex issues, synthesize risks, and clearly define actions and next steps.
- Mastery of configuration management principles, rules, and practices, as well as an aptitude to lead and supervise workshops.
- Strong ability to build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively influence external partners.
- Creative spirit favoring the development of innovative solutions adapted to the challenges encountered.
- Great autonomy, sense of responsibility, initiative, and professional judgment.
- Good knowledge of project management principles and practices.
