About the role

This role would be primarily responsible for the following:

  • IT support
  • Provide desktop user support to service support staff in the Combat Systems Integration service
  • Review hardware requirements and solutions required for desktop users
  • Review software requirements and solutions required for desktop users

What you bring to the role

  • Zero to three years of experience
  • On-site IT support — troubleshooting computer, network, printer and audiovisual equipment issues
  • Software support — troubleshooting Linux products, Microsoft (Windows and Office suite) and antivirus software
  • Commissioning desktops, servers and other IT equipment; installing cabling
  • Create, update and maintain Lockheed Martin Canada's corporate image on desktops and laptops
  • Participate in office hardware procurement
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and other equipment components
  • Ensure IT functionality in the conference room
  • Provide user support for ISC ISS staff
