About the role
This role would be primarily responsible for the following:
- IT support
- Provide desktop user support to service support staff in the Combat Systems Integration service
- Review hardware requirements and solutions required for desktop users
- Review software requirements and solutions required for desktop users
What you bring to the role
- Zero to three years of experience
- On-site IT support — troubleshooting computer, network, printer and audiovisual equipment issues
- Software support — troubleshooting Linux products, Microsoft (Windows and Office suite) and antivirus software
- Commissioning desktops, servers and other IT equipment; installing cabling
- Create, update and maintain Lockheed Martin Canada's corporate image on desktops and laptops
- Participate in office hardware procurement
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware and other equipment components
- Ensure IT functionality in the conference room
- Provide user support for ISC ISS staff
