Job Description

We are looking for an MCC Specialist to play a central role in technical operations. This position is a unique opportunity for a licensed mechanic wishing to transition into a strategic role, at the heart of a cutting-edge technological environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the technical dispatch of aircraft in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Approve MEL deviations proposed by technicians or pilots.
  • Manage critical situations (AOG, delays) and coordinate necessary resources.
  • Maintain constant communication with technical and operational departments.
  • Produce reports on fleet status and performance indicators.
  • Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and pilots.

Qualifications

  • College diploma in aircraft maintenance technology or equivalent
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license - Category M2 (mechanical or avionics)
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, AMOS)
  • Availability for day and night shifts
  • Bilingualism (French/English) * - Spanish is an asset

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
