Job Description

We are looking for an MCC Specialist to play a central role in technical operations. This position is a unique opportunity for a licensed mechanic wishing to move into a strategic role at the heart of a cutting-edge technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical dispatch of aircraft in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Approve MEL deviations proposed by technicians or pilots.
• Manage critical situations (AOG, delays) and coordinate necessary resources.
• Maintain constant communication with technical and operational departments.
• Produce reports on fleet status and performance indicators.
• Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and pilots.

Qualifications

• College diploma in aircraft maintenance technology or equivalent
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence – category M2 (mechanical or avionics)
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, AMOS)
• Availability for day and night shifts
• Bilingualism (French/English) * – Spanish is an asset
