The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Aircraft Performance Specialist to join our Flight Performance team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the aircraft performance teams in Toulouse and avionics systems teams in Mirabel.
You will be part of the Flight Performance team responsible for the definition, analysis, and optimization of aircraft performance characteristics. Also ensuring compliance with certification requirements and meeting operational needs for Airbus Canada aircraft programs.

Main Responsibilities
- Perform the calculation, analysis, and documentation of performance data for certified and/or operational aircraft.
- Provide your aircraft performance expertise to other engineering groups; Participate in the creation and/or updating of aircraft-level models through data analysis and/or flight test data review.
- Draft and review technical reports demonstrating compliance with airworthiness regulations.
- Participate in the transformation of Airbus Canada's engineering capabilities by defining new ways of working in a new information management (IM) environment.
Desired Profile
Education: You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or may hold a Ph.D. in engineering directly related to the work.
Experience: You have more than 10 years of relevant experience in aeronautical performance and other related disciplines.

- You have attention to detail and a good sense of process optimization.
