Job Overview

Execaire Aviation is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to attract, engage, and hire top talent within our organization. This is a 100% on-site position, and experience in the aviation field is essential in order to fully understand and support the unique needs of our industry.

Acting as a trusted partner to managers, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning to the onboarding of new employees. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while building a strong network of contacts within the aeronautical industry.

What You Will Do

• Drive the full recruitment cycle for unionized, non-unionized, and management positions, from identifying needs to employee onboarding.
• Advise and support managers in their talent attraction strategies, acting as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and recruitment partners through outreach activities, partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and various industry organizations.
• Research, prescreen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify profiles best suited to the organization's needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and facilitate the welcome and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive and engaging start.
• Represent Execaire Aviation at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to promote our employer brand and develop our talent pools.
• Produce and analyze recruitment metrics to recommend continuous improvements and optimize process efficiency.
• Actively participate in IMP Group-wide recruitment initiatives and projects while sharing best practices.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all your interactions.

What You Will Bring to the Role

• University degree in a field related to human resources
• Proven experience in recruitment / talent management (8+ years)
• CPHR / CRHA professional designation an asset
• Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong aptitude for understanding client needs to assess candidate potential
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in a team while meeting competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, social media platforms, and candidate sourcing methods
• Perfect bilingualism (French and English) essential
