We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Specialized Services team within the People Services organization. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR services by leading process transition initiatives, supporting complex HR processes, and driving continuous improvement within the Shared Services model globally.
This position operates at the intersection of HR operations, service delivery, and process excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, managers, and employees to ensure efficient, standardized, and high-quality HR services.
This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to continuously improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen the overall employee experience. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Lead the transition of HR processes from Business Unit HR teams to the People Services (Shared Services), including defining scope, documenting processes, coordinating knowledge transfer, and supporting service stabilization.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize HR processes in alignment with CORE and continuous improvement principles.
Provide specialized HR operational support and guidance to managers, employees, and HR stakeholders on complex HR processes and policies.
Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and operational practices within People Services.
Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service and identify improvement opportunities.
Apply CORE tools and methodologies to support process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen operational performance.
Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer-focused service delivery.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
What do you need to be successful?
Experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR Operations or a Shared Services environment.
Experience supporting projects related to process transitions, operational improvements, or change initiatives.
Strong understanding of service delivery models and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and across organizational boundaries.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
