P&WC Customer Service Team is currently looking for a principal specialist to drive the Strategy definition and digital project implementation for the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul organization (MRO). This role is key to ensure the organization meets growth objectives while optimizing costs and improving Customer and Employee experience.
The principal specialist, MRO Strategy & Continuous Improvement, plays a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's performance and driving innovation. Reporting to the Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead and implement strategic digital initiatives that support the company's growth and success.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in St-Hubert, and is exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve overall business performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new digital technologies as well as overseeing investment planning to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and manage high-impact strategic transformation projects, ensuring timely completion, stakeholder engagement, and desired outcomes.
- In collaboration with the Digital Technology team, define and execute the digital transformation plan across the network, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and embracing cutting-edge solutions.
What do you need to be successful?
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Digital Technologies, Operations Management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation projects, new technologies, and industry best practices in Aerospace MRO or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate a high level of curiosity to identify and create new business opportunities in untapped areas.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex digital projects, from inception to completion.
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
