The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an HR Digital Specialist to join our HR Digital team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada) responsible for supporting the HR business from ensuring the maintenance and evolution of our current HRIS systems fitting the business evolutions, to leading the transition to a new technology suite.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as HRIS Digital transformation Specialist will be to leverage your expertise to influence technology design decisions, serve as the subject matter expert with external vendors, and closely partner with HR, Information Management (IM), and senior leadership.

Your challenges:

  • Lead the implementation of the HR Time and Absences solutions in Canada;
  • Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions in line with HR Digital Transformation roadmap;
  • Prioritize and coordinate the overall regional support needs on HCM and Time and Absence tools;
  • Ensure the maintenance and evolution of our current HR systems fitting the business evolutions;
  • Establish and align a governance structure with the IT product teams to manage priorities on global products;
  • Plan, design, and configure Workday HCM and Time modules for all enhancements or break/fix;
  • Support configuration updates for those Workday modules impacted by releases and upgrades as needed;
  • Design, customize, configure and test HR processes and integrate them with shop floor solutions;
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or systems enhancements;
  • Partner with HR operations, Information Technology, Compensation, Managers, and Global Data Governance teams to manage and improve the HR data quality;
  • Support the evaluation of upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned in collaboration with IT;
  • Support HRBPs and recruiters by fielding questions about the HR tools.

Your boarding pass:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or equivalent required;
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting and analysis;
  • Experience with Workday HCM Suite (an important asset);
  • Solid HR process experience, including Employee Shared Service Center, HR Master Data, payroll, and benefits disciplines;
  • Workday Certification (an important asset);
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management;
  • Strong ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, showing initiative and developed analytical skills;
  • Good ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maximize time utilization;
  • Bilingualism is essential: written and spoken French and English.
