Internship dates: January 5th 2027 to April 23rd 2027

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

You as Manufacturing & Quality Analyst Student, will be reporting to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) manager. You will be joining a collaborative and engaged team with in a great work environment.

The purpose of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is to demonstrate that our producer’s manufacturing process is capable of consistently producing parts that meet our quality standard and customer requirements.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You day to day will be focused on continuous improvement initiatives basically supporting the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) in specific tasks as follows:

  • Support on execution of specific quality strategies that will conduct to the improvement of process key performance indicators.
  • Support on the execution of identified projects that conduct to the improvement of the production part approval process (PPAP).
  • Support on the follow up of on going continuous improvement initiatives to ensure its implementation

The project that you will be supporting may involve activities as the following:

  • Analyze multiple data from Manufacturing, Quality, Assembly and Engine testing.
  • Coordinate the flow of data between suppliers and PWC, and follow up to achieve performance objectives including preparing the performance monthly reports
  • Develop and improve state of the art data collection/visualization tools

What do you need to be successful?

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
  • Pursuing studies in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Aerospace Engineering.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
