Internship dates: January 5th to April 23rd, 2027.

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Our expectations:

In collaboration with a senior Program Planner & Controls leader you will be responsible to support & provide project management process guidance to all program stakeholders, develop solutions to support program decision making scenarios, advance the use of statistical analysis to drive data-based decisions. The effort will require creative capabilities, innovation, and a system engineering mindset to help "connect the dots" between all project activities. The selected individuals will be exposed to the full design, buy, build, test value chain.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Will be responsible to provide PMO process domain guidance to all program stakeholders.
  • Will collaborate with the program team to support project execution.
  • Will monitor & control schedule aspects of the project.
  • Will ensure schedule integrity (credible, current, comprehensive, and controlled).
  • Will advance the use of statistical analysis to drive data-based decisions.
  • Will prepare various analysis or reporting to stakeholders.
  • Will lead training initiatives.

What you need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Be eligible to work in Canada
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
  • Be dynamic, creative, and organized.
  • Be bilingual (French/English).
  • Have strong interpersonal skills & team player spirit.
  • Have strong organizational and analytical skills.
