Internship dates: January 5th to April 23th, 2027

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Travel and variable hours are also to be expected for exchanges with suppliers, partners, and internal sites (manufacturing and assembly).

The position is based at our Longueuil facility from Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Strategic Operations Project Management Intern will support the implementation, structuring, and improvement of project management practices within the organization.

  • Participate in the implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO) by supporting various structuring initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and updating of project management processes, methodologies, policies, and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain PMO documentation (templates, guides, procedures, dashboards, and registers).
  • Produce key performance indicators (KPIs), progress reports, and dashboards intended for management.
  • Contribute to document management activities and ensure the quality of information maintained in PMO tools.
  • Collaborate on the implementation and improvement of technological tools used for portfolio and project management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing organizational maturity in project management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, initiative leads, and various business units to ensure the quality and consistency of information transmitted to the PMO.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired, if applicable.

Although this position takes place in a French-speaking work environment, it requires a functional knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings, and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with clients, suppliers, or international colleagues.
