Internship dates: January 5th to April 23th, 2027.
Location: The position is based at our Longueuil, Quebec Headquarters; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Our Service Network Management and Strategy team is an experienced team that manages a global network of DOF (Designated Overhaul Facilities), ARF (Approved Repair Facilities), DMF (Designated Maintenance Facilities), and TSA (Technical Support Agreement). Roles and responsibilities include evaluating the MRO landscape (demand vs. capacity), negotiating and managing agreements, ensuring the protection of intellectual property and compliance with ethics and global trade, collecting market data, governance through monthly dashboards, analyzing new market trends, and strategy.
We currently have several initiatives resulting from evolving strategy and business transformation projects, and to support them, we are looking for a dynamic candidate ready to commit and acquire:
- Understanding on how a world-class organization operates.
- Learning of tools and methods for managing a high-performing organization.
- Deepening knowledge of the aerospace industry (several trainings provided).
- Opportunity to work with different groups in the customer service department.
What will your day-to-day look like?
The candidate will have the opportunity to develop and apply his academic knowledge into the field of aeronautics and to acquire knowledge through various learning opportunities including the following:
- Analysis and research on various industry markets to support the team's projects.
- Development of project management skills in support of various tasks assigned by team members.
- Development and improvement of professional communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) internally and externally with suppliers.
- Leading key tactical activities (continuous improvement projects).
- Participation in and coordination of various strategic activities (work sessions, business reviews, strategic meetings).
- Learning of new tools such as Power BI, CRM, SharePoint.
What do you need to be successful?
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as international business, international trade, MBA, economics, management, analytics, administration.
- Have excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken/written).
- Have good skills in MS Excel.
Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
